Our wedding experts have years of experience serving couples who wish to get married in the casual relaxed atmosphere of Akumal. We can recommend places to stay, where to go for vendors' services, things to do with your guests, shuttle services, and lots of other inside scoop.

We are here to help you with all of the details: florist contacts, music recommdations and bookings, the cake, accommodation bookings, day trips for your guests, photographer recommendations, menu suggestions, bar options, and ideas for basic decorations.

The $450 wedding reservation fee includes prelimary planning with our coordinator in the USA, as well as the services of our on-site coordinator once you are in Akumal. Our personalized coordinator service is our way to make sure your wedding day is hassle-free and truly enjoyable. This fee also incudes the celebrant's services and vow recommendations.

Choose your wedding date, reserve it, send us the non-refundable deposit - no problem! Your wedding date is confirmed and booked! We can even set aside a block of hotel and condo rooms at a special wedding discount.

Much of the wedding planning takes place prior to your trip to Akumal. Then, in the few days leading up to your wedding day you will meet with the on-site coordinator to wrap up the location choices, decorations, and final menu details.
